HR Business Partner
As someone who values family, Kayla brings with her the healthy dynamics of a family and the sense of belongingness, of being home, to the workplace. This vision lays down the foundation for every project she works on that is aimed at providing the best possible employee experience while also meeting business needs for long-term company success.
She is a people strategy and culture expert who has over 11 years of experience in human resources, during which, she specialized in project management, coaching, employee communications, wellness and benefits strategy, recruitment, talent management, and employer branding. At Workforce Solutions, Kayla envisions to implement positive change to every company, team, and employee by providing solutions to clients’ HR, recruitment, and culture needs.
Outside of work, she channels her creativity and passion by performing in community theater productions, and finds inspiration through reading, cooking, music, theater, and cinema. Most of all, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son who are her number one priority.
With over 25 years of human resources experience as a generalist, payroll and benefits administrator, and sole HR practitioner in the organizations that she’s served, Lisa has the practical knowledge and skills to strengthen your organization’s culture of compliance.
Lisa is very connected to her community, serving on the board for the Village of Rock Springs for almost 20 years and currently as President. She also is an active member of the Sauk/Columbia Personnel Association and Society of Human Resources Management.
With her husband Shane and son Zachary, Lisa enjoys spending time at their cabin at Webb Lake Campground on Webb Lake, fishing and boating.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
For Allison, talent acquisition isn’t just about sourcing candidates and filling in positions, but about employing the right strategy to attract the talents best suited for the job in terms of skills, experience, and attitude.
She graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Human Resources. Armed with her experience in recruitment and startup mentality, she’s set to contribute fresh ideas and reinvent strategies for the Workforce Solutions team and our clients’ success.
She enjoys talent acquisition because it places her in a position where she’s capable of helping candidates find the perfect career path, and companies find excellent talents to grow not only their team but also their business. Outside of work, she often goes to rodeos and competes in barrel racing, which is probably why she is a go-getter.
HR Administrative Assistant
Emily thrives in an environment where her assistance produces quality results for the company and its clients. Backed by her five-year experience in administrative and executive assistant work, she strives to create an atmosphere of dependability and provide high-quality support to business operations and management.
Her attention to detail and ability to work well with others enables her to run the mile needed to keep the operations going and fill in process gaps so it’s “business as usual” despite the difficulties that may arise.
Emily is at the backbone of every successful Workforce Solutions strategy and the hand our clients will need. Outside work, she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling to new spots, and discovering good food with her family.
