As the Director of Human Resources at MBE CPAs and an HR Consultant at Workforce Solutions, my primary focus is supporting our firm’s strategic growth across all nineteen locations. I partner with our leadership team to refine day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and procedures. My specialized experience includes end-to-end payroll administration, benefits management, and providing proactive guidance on complex employee relations matters. I’m dedicated to ensuring our workforce operations are efficient, compliant, and support our partners’ overall business goals.

Away from the desk, I recharge by spending time with family and friends. You’ll often find me up North at our cabin, or enjoying my passion for gardening by working in my flower beds or garden.
